Welcome to Bargur Hill Side Resort. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
By using our resort or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservations:
All reservations must be made through our official website or reservation system. We reserve the right to reject reservations at our discretion.
2. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards while check-out time is by 12:00 PM. For early check in and late check out – extra charges are applicable.
3. Payment Policy:
We require full payment to confirm your bookings.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes to reservations may be subject to fees or charges. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
5. Smoking and Drinking Policy:
Smoking and Drinking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the resort, including guest rooms, balconies, and public spaces.
6. Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the resort
7. Child Policy:
1. Children up to age 5 will be allowed to stay free with the parents without any extra bed.
2. Children above age 12 will be charged as extra adult person with extra bed
3. Children between ages 6 to 12 will be charged 50% of extra adult rate with extra bed
8. Couples:
Only married couples are allowed.
9. Liability:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay. We are also not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during your stay.
10. Prohibited Activities:
Illegal activities, excessive noise, and disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this may result in immediate eviction without refund.
11. Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you signify your acceptance of any changes to our Terms and Conditions.

It is the hotel’s policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. And as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behavior. In case of inappropriate behaviour by the guests, then the resort has the right to terminate the stay of that particular group and to take action. The resort also reserves the right to charge the guests the cost of rectifying damaged property if any.
